Where is your store?
We do not have a store!!! We hope to have one eventually, but until then, you'll have to get your GYPSY FIX online, at ROUNDTOP/WARRENTON antiques week, or JUNKAPALOOZA!

What forms of payment do you accept online?
The land of GYPSYviLLE takes VISA, MASTERCARD, & PaYPAL. Our site is secure and safe to make online purchases. All of your information is protected by an encrypted SSL certificate that insures privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.
how long will it take to get my goods after I place an order?
we gypsies are working our little fingers to the bone shipping orders daily! most orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks...however we must stay true to our gypsy roots so some orders may take longer depending on our road schedule and our inventory.
Can I add or remove items from my order once it has been placeD?
Please email as soon as possible or call us at 979.776.5151 to either add or remove an item from your order. You may of course place an additional order at any time.
can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
We can cancel your order at anytime during the processing time frame. Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel it.
how do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the "MY ACCOUNT" icon on the gypsy goods page or here. Sign in to access your account by using your username and password. The status of your order will be under "ORDER HISTORY."
how do your tees fit?
all of our junk gypsy tees are designed for women of all ages who dig a stylish fit. because our fabrics are stretchy, each size can fit a wide range of women depending on personal preference. please use the size chart below to help guide you in your decision when purchasing a junk gypsy tee.

how do your belts fit?
SMALL - 30

*Be advised that these measurements are from the END of the belt (where the buckle goes) to the MIDDLE HOLE of the belt, NOT FROM END TO END!
how do I wash my braND spANkiN' neW JG tee?
Wash on cold, inside-out. Hang or lay flat to dry, or use low heat for a short period of time. Warm iron, if necessary. DO NOT IRON ON PRINTING!!!
can I return or exchange my goods if necessary?

what if I want to return a gift or I lost my order slip?
don't fret! simply print out our slip below, fill out your info, and send it back with your return. for guidelines, please see our return policy above! if you received Gypsy Goods as a gift, please include the name of the person who ordered the items!

Has my return been processed?
If you need to return an item, please be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. Once the items are received, we will promptly process your return, and a credit for the return will then appear on your next credit card billing statement. Usually processing a return takes 7-10 business days. If you sent your package back through a trackable method, please provide us with the tracking information so that we may further research the status of your return.
My item is backordered. What does this mean?
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished.
can I wholesale your tees for my store?
at this point, we do not wholesale our tees...feel free to send your info if you are interested in wholesale and we will add it to our file in case we decide to wholesale in the future!
