A small town girl with a big time vision, The Junk Gypsy Company was born in the mind of Amie Sikes many moons ago. After years of hard work and dedication, Amie's spunk, spark, and "Here I am, World!" flair evolved Gypsyville into a raucous and rowdy city of junkers, gypsies, tramps, & thieves across the globe.
Her unruly imagination and relentless fortitude are the heart and soul of The Junk Gypsy Company and an inspiration to all.

After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in journalism in 1995, Amie moved to Austin and began working at the Capitol. Amie is a self-taught graphic artist with a flair for capturing the rebel spirit in us all. Her free-spirited artistic soul and her "never say die" motto have turned her passion of drawing, painting, and creating into a career.
